We are a growing, independent, cash-pay functional medicine and wellness practice in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, hormone optimization, metabolic health, genetics, and personalized wellness care.
Our mission is simple: To inspire, encourage, and lead people to a better destination in their health. We believe healthcare should be proactive rather than reactive, personalized rather than standardized, and built around relationships rather than transactions.
Declare Wellness Center is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants to practice medicine differently.
Here, you’ll have the time and support to build meaningful relationships with patients, understand what’s actually happening with their health, and help guide them toward measurable improvements in how they feel and function.
Our goal isn’t simply to teach you protocols. We want to help you develop the clinical reasoning and confidence to understand why you’re making recommendations and how to individualize care for the person sitting in front of you.
For the right provider, this is an opportunity to develop a highly specialized clinical skill set while being paid to practice it.
As part of our clinical team, you’ll progressively develop your own patient relationships while working closely with our founder and clinical support team.
You’ll be given time, training, and support to learn the Declare model before being expected to manage patients independently.

What is much harder to teach is curiosity, warmth, accountability, critical thinking, and a genuine desire to help people become healthier.
