Qualifications:

1. Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
2. AANP or NCCPA Certification
3. Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Job Details:

1. Join a team of esteemed Physicians and Providers in a busy practice setting
2. Maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information
3. Blend of primary care, urgent care, and pain management services
4. Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
5. Build relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
6. Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in continuity of care
7. Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information
8. Refer patients to specialists and relevant care components as appropriate
