The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) and oversee patients in the HIV Program in Des Moines, IA. As part of Primary Health Care, Inc’s program The Project, this role will work with a variety of patients who are at risk or living with HIV alongside Case Managers in an integrated care setting.
