Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine or equivalent.
• Active NP/PA licensure and eligibility to practice in California.
• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine care in a collaborative APC/physician environment.
• Participate in one weekend shift per month and occasional late shifts.
• Utilize Epic EHR and coordinate with reception staff and CMAs.
