This is a full-time, outpatient role with a 4x10 schedule and the chance to help shape workflows and patient care from the ground up.

You’ll practice independently with your own patient panel, within a supportive, collaborative environment and a well-established Primary Care department, with onboarding and mentorship provided.

Providence Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team in Tumwater, Washington. This unique opportunity offers the chance to help launch a brand-new clinic, build a strong team culture from the ground up, and make a lasting impact on the health of the community.

We're looking for a provider who is energized by innovation, collaboration, and patient-centered care. As one of the first clinical team members, you'll have a voice in developing workflows and creating an exceptional patient and caregiver experience while being supported by a robust well-established Primary Care department within a multidisciplinary Medical Group.

• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
