Providence Medical Group in Tumwater, Washington is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team. This is a full-time, outpatient role with a 4x10 schedule and limited on-call responsibilities, offering an independent patient panel and a collaborative care environment.

Providence Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team in Tumwater, Washington. We're looking for a provider who is energized by innovation, collaboration, and patient-centered care. As one of the first clinical team members, you'll have a voice in developing workflows and creating an exceptional patient and caregiver experience while being supported by a robust well-established Primary Care department within a multidisciplinary Medical Group.

• Compensation is between $144,590 to $195,563 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
