Providence Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team in Tumwater, Washington. As one of the first clinical team members, you'll have a voice in developing workflows and creating an exceptional patient and caregiver experience while being supported by a robust well-established Primary Care department within a multidisciplinary Medical Group.

• Compensation is between $144,590 to $195,563 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is an organization of employed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians, providing services in two hospitals and 38 Primary and Specialty Care Clinics within 5 counties in the South Puget Sound region.
