This full-time position involves providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients while collaborating closely with physicians and teams.

The ideal candidate will have critical care experience, an active Washington license, and strong clinical judgment. Compensation ranges from $145,767 to $190,261 annually, with additional incentives available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years critical care experience as an NP or PA.
• New graduates with completion of an ICU specific fellowship will be considered.
• Willingness to adapt to challenges in a growing program.

Job description

Swedish Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Clinician (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join the Critical Care team to support the APC program at Swedish First Hill and Cherry Hill campuses in Seattle, Washington.

Position Details

• Full-time position (1.0 FTE)
• 13 shifts per month (156 shifts per year); 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., variable schedule, includes weekends and holidays
• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and management of critically/acutely ill patients
• Collaborate closely with critical care physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care
• Perform inpatient procedures consistent with training and scope of practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation is between $145,767 and $190,261 per year

Compensation may include productivity, quality and service incentives, or extra shift incentives as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Board certificated Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP)
