The Department of Medicine at USC's Keck School of Medicine seeks outstanding applicants for a PART-TIME Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position in the Division of Medical Oncology supporting survivorship programs. Under supervision and according to standardized procedures, the NP/PA performs physical exams, treats common health issues, counsels patients and families, monitors progress, and assists with clinical research. The role involves collaboration with healthcare team members, with responsibility for ongoing clinical management of oncology patients.
Successful candidates will have strong clinical skills and an interest in serving diverse populations in both private and public practice. The NP or PA will work with oncologists specializing in areas such as Breast and Lung Cancer at the Keck Medical Center of USC and USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Minimum Qualifications: For NP candidates, current certification from a Nurse Practitioner program, valid California RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses, Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, and clinical nursing experience.
Note: This is a practitioner role; it does not involve teaching NP or PA students.
The annual salary range is $76,440 - $215,330.80. Factors influencing compensation include responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and external market conditions.
