Baptist Health is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Baptist Primary Care Roosevelt. The role covers women’s and men’s health, pediatric care, acute and chronic patients, with EMR proficiency and strong communication required.

Expect about 40 patient-facing hours weekly, 16–20 patients per day, and a collaborative, growth-focused environment with CME opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and active NP or PA license.
• 2+ years of working experience in Family Practice.
• Proficient with EMR (Epic) and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive women's and men's health, pediatric, and acute care.
• Manage chronic conditions and follow-ups, including hospital follow-ups.
• Maintain patient-centered care and accurate documentation throughout visits.

Job Description

Baptist Primary Care Roosevelt is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The provider must be comfortable with Women's and Men's Health, pediatric care, acute patients, chronic patients, physician-patient follow-ups, hospital follow-ups & wellness exams. Proficiency with EMR required. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
