Baptist Primary Care Lane is seeking a Full‑time Advanced Practice Provider in Jacksonville, Florida. The provider must be comfortable with women’s and men’s health, pediatric care, acute patients, chronic patients, physician‑patient follow‑ups, hospital follow‑ups & wellness exams. Proficiency with EMR required. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Compensation starting at $119k
• 15-17 patients per day
• No call schedule
• 40 patient‑facing hours a week
