Job summary

Ennoble Care seeks an experienced Advanced Provider to join our Baltimore County team on a full-time basis. You will deliver primary and palliative care at patients' homes, integrating medical techniques under physician supervision and crafting comprehensive care plans for diverse chronic conditions.

The role emphasizes independent practice, strong clinical skills, and collaboration with our in-house clinical team to support a high standard of patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP/PA licensed in Maryland.
• Strong clinical skills to accurately assess, diagnose and treat.
• 1–2 years of primary care with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to patients in Baltimore County.
• Perform physical examinations and develop care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff across platforms.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a defined panel.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Build trust with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests as needed and manage medications and interventions.

Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider in Baltimore County, MD region on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

What You'll Do

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Baltimore County.
• Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care.
• Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms
• Provide high quality, patient centered care to a panel of patients
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
• Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions

What You'll Need

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the state of Maryland
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills
• Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)

Compensation

• $120,000- $140,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives) (Full Time)
