Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary care to patients in and around Frederick County, MD, on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision, caring for patients with chronic diseases in home-based settings.

You will be responsible for exams, histories, care plans, and patient-centered decision-making, coordinating with teams, and expanding access to high-quality care for homebound patients.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified NP or PA with MD state licensure in Maryland.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, diagnose, and manage care confidently.
  • Positive demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills for patient and team interaction.
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and manage a diverse patient panel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary and palliative care to patients in Frederick County, MD.
  • Perform physical exams, obtain histories, and develop care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
  • Deliver patient-centered care to a panel of patients with chronic diseases.
  • Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physician.
  • Consult with patients, families, and caregivers to foster trust.
  • Order diagnostical tests as medically necessary.
  • Prescribe medications and determine necessary interventions.

Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to patients in and around Frederick County, MD region on a Full Time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

What You'll Do
  • Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Frederick County.
  • Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care.
  • Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms
  • Provide high quality, patient centered care to a panel of patients
  • Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
  • Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
  • Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
  • Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions
What You'll Need
  • Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the state of Maryland
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
  • Positive demeanor and strong people skills
  • Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
  • 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)

Compensation
  • $120,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience and other incentives) (full Time)
