Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care in the greater Pittsburgh area, with locations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia, seeks experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join our Weekend Warrior team (Saturday and Sunday).

This role offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and opportunities to work in centers equipped with EPIC EMR, on‑site X‑ray, and clinical staff support.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full‑time experience in Emergency Medicine or 2 years in Urgent Care.
• 2 years of Family Medicine experience considered.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.) and preliminary reads on EKGs and X‑rays.
• Experience treating patients newborn and up in an acute care setting.

We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care in the greater Pittsburgh area, and locations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. • Each team member is assigned a primary anchor/home center, with secondary centers nearby.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of full‑time experience in Emergency Medicine or 2 years of Urgent Care setting experience required.
• Will consider 2 years of Family Medicine experience.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X‑rays required.
• Experience treating patients newborn and up in an acute care setting required.
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required.
