Ami Network in Palmdale, CA is hiring a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for primary care. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM schedule with a competitive salary of $140,000–$170,000 per year.

You will take patient histories and perform exams, diagnose and treat conditions, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, educate patients on wellness, and coordinate referrals with a supportive care team.

Qualifications

Current California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
Board Certified PA or NP.
Active California DEA registration.
Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
Medical Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Take patient histories and perform physical examinations.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
Develop individualized treatment and management plans.
Prescribe medications and therapies.
Educate patients on prevention, wellness, and treatment plans.
Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources.
Ensure timely follow-up and continuity of care.
Collaborate with physicians and care team.

What You'll Do

Prescribe medications and appropriate therapeutic interventions
