Licensure:

• Valid NYS NP or PA license
• BLS
• ACLS

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical exams on prospective sperm donors and/or client depositors
• Determine donor eligibility and suitability per regulations
• Complete summaries of records
• Phlebotomy and laboratory test processing
• Perform urethral and/or nasopharyngeal swabs as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
