Protocol Health is a family-owned, physician-led clinic in Scarsdale, New York. We exist to take care of people who are too busy taking care of everyone else - working parents and high performers who come to us for weight, hormones, energy, recovery, libido, and healthy aging. Led by our Medical Director, Dr. Richard Dentico, MD, we offer hormone optimization, GLP-1 weight management, peptide therapy, IV nutrient therapy, regenerative and sexual health treatments, and advanced diagnostics. Every protocol is built on real data - full lab panels, body composition analysis, and follow-up that actually happens.

For you, that means seeing the same patients over time and enough room to practice real medicine. We're cash-pay, so there are no insurance denials and no coding games. Medications come from a small number of vetted U.S. compounding pharmacies, and we work as one close team - you'll never be figuring out a complex case on your own. We offer both in-person and telehealth care, and either way our patients know exactly who's behind their treatment.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a full- or part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team at our Scarsdale, NY office. The ideal candidate is passionate about optimizing patient health, comfortable in a concierge-style environment, and eager to grow with a fast-scaling, cash-pay medical practice. This is a hands-on role focused on both patient care and clinic leadership.

Schedule & Start Date

• Start Date: ASAP (Fall 2026)
• Schedule: 3-5 weekdays per week (8-hour shifts)
• Setting: Boutique medical clinic in Scarsdale, NY, with some telehealth visits
• Hourly Rate: $70-$85/hour, depending on experience
• Bonuses & Commission: Available for patient volume and service growth

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Clinical Duties
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-ups
• Develop personalized treatment plans and prescribe accordingly
• Administer and manage:
• Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) - including testosterone, estradiol, progesterone
• Weight Loss Medications - including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide
• Sexual Health Treatments
• Peptides, IVs, and Injections
• Perform phlebotomy and train patients on self-administered injections
• Assist with lab quality control, equipment calibration and accurate reporting
• Interpret lab results and SECA body composition analysis
• Clinic Operations & Leadership
• Collaborate with Medical Director, MAs, and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with all medical protocols and legal standards
• Maintain a clean and welcoming clinical environment
• Assist in EMR documentation and quality control
• Support training and mentorship of junior clinical staff
• Marketing & Community Engagement
• Participate in local events, networking, and outreach (optional, travel covered)
• Collaborate with marketing team for educational content and media opportunities
• Engage in partnerships with local gyms, salons, physicians, and referral networks

Qualifications

• NP or PA from an accredited program
• Active NYS license, DEA number, and prescriptive authority
• Strong foundation in hormone optimization, metabolic health, and/or men’s/women’s wellness preferred
• Previous experience in primary care, endocrinology, urology, or concierge medicine a plus
• Exceptional bedside manner and communication skills
