One Medical in Burlingame, CA, seeks a licensed NP/PA to provide high-quality primary care across acute, chronic, and preventive visits. You will see patients in the office, testing centers, and via tele-health, while engaging in ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and daily team huddles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and team huddles for continuous learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams to coordinate care.
• Use clinical training to perform in-office procedures and pursue licensure/credentialing in additional states.

What you'll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is a full- time role based in Burlingame, CA

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $164,700 to $196,900 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Final determination of starting pay may presumably exist.
