Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Family Medicine/Medicine-Pediatrics physician for our Berkeley, CA campus. You will oversee a patient panel, provide in‑office and telehealth care, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality primary care.

Board-certified or board-eligible candidates with CA licensure are encouraged to apply. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.
• State licensed in CA, obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, or via tele-health as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams to coordinate care.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in other states.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in‑office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele‑health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full‑time role based in Berkeley, CA at our University Avenue office.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $308,700 to $369,000 based on a full‑time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
