Trinity Health is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant in Georgia to provide patient care under physician supervision, following established protocols and professional standards. The PA will assess patients, triage emergencies, assist with pre-operative clearances, and document care to support continuity and outcomes.

Under the direction and review of a physician, the Physician Assistant provides patient care requiring the performance of general medical services in conformance with professional standards and regulations. Demonstrates skills and knowledge necessary to assure assessment, treatment, and care is appropriate to the age of the patients served. According to established protocols, conducts clinical assessment of the patients’ health care status and needs and provides patient care to facilitate expected patient outcomes. Triages emergency walk-in patients. Assesses patients for pre-operative clearance. Provides counseling and education to patients in order to enhance patient care. Documents care provided in order to support the continuity of patient care and optimum patient outcomes. Demonstrates skills and knowledge necessary to assure assessment, treatment and care is appropriate to the age of the patients served. Care provided is appropriate for all patients. Performs other duties within job scope as requested.
