Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Tennessee seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings, delivering evidence-based care aligned with MAT best practices.

You will prescribe medications, complete medical documentation, collaborate with clinic staff, coordinate referrals to community resources, and provide injections as needed, serving Morristown and Greeneville locations in a full-time W-2 role with a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner authorized to practice in the state of application.
• DEA licensure required in the state of the center.
• Additional state-specific education or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinics.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.

Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
• Will perform injections.

Schedule & Locations

• Primary center: Morristown
• Target weekly hours: 32
• Monday: Greeneville 8am-5pm; Tuesday: Morristown 8am-5pm; Thursday Morristown 8am-5pm; Friday Morristown 8am-5pm

Education and Licensure Requirements

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in
• DEA licensure in the state of the center
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
