Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Full-Time and Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at North Ave Immediate Care. The Nurse Practitioner will work at our Immediate Care facility and provide high-quality healthcare services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, compassion for patients, and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and maintain proper licensure
