Job summary

Kendal Crosslands Communities in Kennett Square, PA, seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our caring team. This full-time on-site role provides medical on-site care for Independent Living residents, in a collaborative practice with primary physicians.

You will manage medication regimens, order labs/imaging as needed, respond to emergencies, provide wellness screenings, and participate in quality assurance committees.

Qualifications

• CRNP licensed to practice in the United States.
• Ability to provide on-site medical care for residents in a community setting.
• Collaborate with primary physicians under a Collaborative Practice Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical on-site care for residents in the community.
• Collaborate with Kendal Crosslands physicians under a Collaborative Practice Agreement.
• Identify and manage chronic and acute conditions; order labs/imaging and adjust meds as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and administer first aid; provide wellness screenings.
