Job summary

Up Clinics in California is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) to join our Occupational Medicine team. The role centers on pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, return-to-work evaluations, and preventive care for employees across industries.

You will work with physicians, case managers, and employers, document findings in EMR, and support wellness programs. Required: California NP-C license, BLS/CPR; ACLS a plus; DOT certification or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

  • Current NP-C license in California.
  • BLS/CPR certification; ACLS a plus.
  • Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or primary care preferred.
  • Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and time management skills.
  • DOT certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

  • Evaluating and managing work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Performing minor procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care).
