Banner Health's Occupational Health and Wellness division seeks an accomplished Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Phoenix Metro team. The role focuses on baseline and annual exams, treating industrial injuries, and managing non-industrial conditions, with access to a broad, multistate program.

This position offers a 7:00a-4:00p schedule, strong sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• NP or PA-C designation (AANP/NCCPA)
• Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances
• Current AZ license or eligibility
• ACLS/BLS required
• Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or orthopedics preferred, but new grads will be considered
• Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required
• Ability to read and interpret EKGs and exercise treadmill stress tests is a plus or training within 6 months of employment
• M - F | 7:00a-4:00p | Call 1:4
