Job summary

SSM Health Urgent Care in Florissant, MO is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care team in a part-time role. You will work 2x12-hour shifts per week, with weekend rotation every 3rd weekend and a light on-call schedule.

SSM Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Urgent Care team in Florissant. This part-time role offers a fast-paced, supportive environment where you’ll make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule:2x12-hour shifts/week (variable), open M–F 8a–8p
• Weekend Rotation:Every 3rd weekend
• Call Requirement:2 days every 4 weeks (as needed)
• Compensation:Competitive hourly rate + shift differential
• Support:Strong teamwork and excellent support staff

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (accredited program)
• Licensure:Current/unrestricted NP license in Missouri (or willingness to obtain)
• Certification:Family Nurse Practitioner
• Experience:Minimum 1 year in Urgent Care or Primary Care in a fast-paced setting; confident in treating acute illnesses/injuries (e.g., URIs, lacerations, sprains, fractures)
