Job summary

Performance and Wellness Center, LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide professional nursing and wellness services within the clinic. The NP will support patient care through IV therapy, injections, clinical assessments, documentation, and adherence to medical protocols under supervision of a contracted Supervising Provider.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to safe, compliant patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered license in good standing with Utah DOPL
• Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Utah
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Ability to work under clinical delegation and follow medical protocols

Responsibilities

• Administering IV therapy, injections, and related treatments as per standing orders and clinic protocols
• Conducting patient intakes, assessments, and progress documentation
• Preparing and maintaining medical records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards
• Monitoring patient responses during treatments and reporting adverse reactions to the Supervising Provider
• Maintaining clinical rooms, supplies, and equipment in a clean, safe condition
• Providing compassionate, professional communication to support patient experience
• Participating in safety, compliance, or continuing education trainings

Position Summary

Performance and Wellness Center, LLC. We expect the Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide professional nursing and wellness services within our clinic. This role supports patient care through IV therapy, injections, clinical assessments, documentation, and adherence to established medical protocols under the supervision of a contracted Supervising Provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering IV therapy, injections, and related treatments in accordance with approved standing orders and clinic protocols
• Conducting thorough patient intakes, assessments, and progress documentation
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating medical records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards
• Monitoring patient responses during treatments and reporting adverse reactions immediately to the Supervising Provider
• Ensuring all clinical rooms, supplies, and medical equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and compliant condition
• Supporting a positive patient experience through compassionate, professional communication
• Participating in required safety, compliance, or continuing education trainings

Licensure and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license in good standing with the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL)
• Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with:
