Qualifications

• Active Utah DOPL license in good standing.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and Utah Nurse Practice Act.
• Ability to work under clinical delegation and follow medical protocols.
• Experience with IV therapy and related clinical procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapy, injections, and related treatments per standing orders and clinic protocols.
• Conduct thorough patient intakes, assessments, and progress documentation.
• Prepare, maintain, and update medical records compliant with HIPAA and clinic standards.
• Monitor patient responses during treatments and report adverse reactions to the supervising provider.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant clinical rooms, supplies, and equipment.
• Support a positive patient experience through professional communication.
• Participate in required safety, compliance, or continuing education trainings.
