Phaxis is seeking a Licensed NP or PA for an established Internal Medicine / Family Medicine practice in North Carolina. The role focuses on outpatient primary care with a patient-first approach, Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends.

• Ordering and interpreting labs and diagnostic testing
• Patient education and disease management
• Coordinating referrals and specialty care
• Accurate EMR documentation
• Collaboration with physicians and other members of the care team
