Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide wound care in facility-based settings in North Carolina. You will assess wounds, perform treatments, and develop individualized care plans to support patient healing.

The role involves bedside rounds with nursing staff, dressing changes, debridement as needed, and ongoing documentation of progress. Travel to assigned facilities is required, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina NP or PA license.
• Strong wound care knowledge and experience required.
• Home health or facility-based experience required.
• Wound care certification preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to travel to assigned facilities.
• Genuine interest in wound care and commitment to long-term practice in this specialty.
