This per diem opportunity provides the flexibility to support a growing primary care practice while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient rural health clinic setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct physical examinations and preventive health screenings
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and management of chronic conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
