Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Perform routine physical examinations and preventive health screenings
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and procedures
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with scope of practice
• Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current California Nurse Practitioner license
• National Nurse Practitioner Certification
• Current DEA certification or ability to obtain
• BLS certification required
• Prior primary care or family practice experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage Scale: $132,3884 - $198,577
• Salary based on experience.
