Adventist Health in Lemoore, CA seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Women’s Health/OB-GYN team in outpatient care. You will collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, nurses, and staff to deliver patient-centered care across the lifespan, from adolescence to menopause.

The role requires an NP with a California license, board certification (WHNP/FNP/AGNP preferred), DEA and furnishing privileges, and strong communication skills. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current California NP license.
• Board certification as NP (WHNP, FNP, or AGNP preferred).
• DEA certification and furnishing license required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous experience in Women’s Health, OB/GYN, or Primary Care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common gynecologic and women’s health conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, annual well-woman exams, and preventive screenings.
• Provide family planning counseling and contraceptive management.
• Perform routine gynecologic procedures within scope of practice.
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, imaging studies, and diagnostic screenings.
• Provide prenatal and postpartum care support in collaboration with OB/GYN physicians.
• Educate patients regarding reproductive health, preventive care, treatment options, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care coordinators to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely within the EMR system.

Qualifications
