SSM Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our pediatric primary care team serving families across the Metro East region, including Granite City and Maryville. This outpatient role features 34 patient-facing hours with no nights or weekends.

The position emphasizes collaboration with experienced clinicians in a 100% outpatient setting, with 30-minute new visits and 15-minute follow-ups, offering growth opportunities within a not-for-profit health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nationally accredited PA or NP program.
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Illinois.
• PNP-Primary Care certification preferred.

SSM Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our established pediatric primary care team serving families across the Metro East region. • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; 34 patient-facing hours

• Setting: 100% outpatient pediatrics across Granite City and Maryville

• Call: No nights, weekends, major holidays, or call rotation

• Visit Types: 30-minute new visits; 15-minute follow-ups

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Illinois
• PNP-Primary Care certification preferred
