You will deliver person-centered care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and develop treatment plans with physician-level consult access.

The role emphasizes independence with strong support, no nights, weekends, or holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package including training and ongoing clinical education.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license required.
• Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience.
• Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, ED, or ICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices.

• Earning potential: $110,000–$200,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)
