Impact Health PC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide weekend clinical coverage in Lancaster, PA. This flexible, 1099 role offers autonomy with physician-level consult access and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employment options.

Ideal candidates have an active NP/PA license, a minimum of 2 years post-certification experience, and experience in SNFs or hospitalist/ED/ICU settings.

Qualifications

• Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience.
• Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU preferred.
• Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff.
• Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours).
• Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings.
