Job summary

You will perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals, evaluate illnesses, manage chronic conditions, provide preventive care, order tests, and document in the EMR, collaborating with physicians and teams.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with active Indiana license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health.
• DEA license preferred.
