CHILDREN AND FAMILY HEALTH CLINIC P is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/PA to deliver comprehensive medical care in a fast-paced clinic in Indiana. The role includes patient assessments, diagnosing, prescribing, and collaborating with physicians and nurses to develop care plans.

The position offers flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options. A signing bonus and PTO are provided to support new hires and community-focused care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/ PA in IN.
• Excellent patient assessment and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
• NEW GRADUATES without experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including conducting thorough patient assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing medications as necessary.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform procedures such as dialysis, ventilator management, and specimen collection and processing.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and prevention strategies.
• Utilize medical terminology to accurately document patient information and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve healthcare services.
• Provide patient education and support in the operating room setting.
