Job summary

SSM Health Health is seeking a full-time Hospice Nurse Practitioner for the Lake St. Louis facility. The role includes inpatient consults, working on multiple floors, with evening hours and a flexible start time. There are no overnights, weekends, or after-hours calls.

You will practice autonomously at the top of your license with onsite and virtual support available. A comprehensive financial package, including benefits, is provided, with a hiring bonus available.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Flexible team player with collaborative approach.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
• Graduate of a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program.
• Ability to obtain Missouri licensure.
• DEA license for prescribing.
