PruittHealth Hospice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) for hospice services, delivering compassionate adult/geriatric assessments and care management in home or facility settings. This role emphasizes collaborative care, regulatory compliance, and high-quality documentation to ensure consistent patient outcomes.

The NP will work within a team, maintain care continuity, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered hospice program under a top-tier employer committed to workforce safety

Formación

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license.
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in state of practice.
• Board-certified by AANP or ANCC in adult, family, geriatric, or adult-gerontology.

Responsabilidades

• Proactive, collaborative team member in a hospice care environment.
• Conducts comprehensive adult/geriatric assessments and manages plan of care.
• Commitment to caring for patients and partners.
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice.

Qualifications

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Board-certified by AANP or ANCC in adult, family practice, geriatric, or adult-gerontology primary care
