Under the leadership of our CEO and Founder, Dr. Teniola, the Nurse Practitioner will provide trauma-informed and integrated behavioral health services to individuals within community and clinical settings.

This role is ideal for a provider passionate about holistic, community-based care and improving access to mental health services within the public health system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and psychiatric assessments
• Perform risk assessments and crisis intervention
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management and follow-up care as appropriate
• Collaborate with peer specialists, case managers, and behavioral health professionals

Qualifications
