Job summary

HarmonyCares seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in the home for high-acuity patients, focusing on patient-centered care rather than volume. Clinicians take time to address each patient’s needs, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an assistant in select markets.

Requirements include NP licensure in the practicing state, DEA license eligibility, CPR/BLS, board certification, and driving eligibility.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP in the state of practice.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Board-certified NP with DEA license eligibility.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
• Federal DEA License/eligibility
• Geriatric training/experience preferred
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
• Board Certification
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
