Job Type: Contract - Full Time

Pay: $80 / Hour

Hours: 40.00

Location: Holly Springs, NC

The Nurse Practitioner provides medical care services andtreatment to patients of all ages within scope of license, in collaborationwith a physician as required by law. TheNurse Practitioner collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to collect anddocument patient data, performs physical examinations, diagnostic andtherapeutic tests and procedures, assessments and screenings, prescribesmedications and treatments, orders and schedules laboratory and diagnosticstudies to provide evidence based care and comprehensive services includingdirect patient care. Additionally, theNurse Practitioner may have an area of specialty practice.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner Certification and license in thestate of practice required
• RN license in the state of practice required
• Specialty Certification as per client request and or stateregulations if applicable
• One (1) year experience as an NP preferred
• Maintain collaboration agreements, per state requirements
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
