Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners to join as independent contractors delivering services to military service members in Massachusetts, primarily on weekends with occasional weekday shifts.

This role supports health assessments, reviews histories, conducts interviews, and documents findings using our system; travel and weekend availability are required; background checks and E-Verify are part of the hire process.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in Massachusetts.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends.
• Experience with mobile medical services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
