DOCS Health is seeking independent contractor Nurse Practitioners to provide services to military service members, primarily on weekends with occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP). You will review health histories, interview personnel, and document readiness while supporting health assessments at installations, with potential travel.

Background check and drug screening plus E-Verify are required.

Formación

• Active NP license in the state where practicing is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
• Ability to travel and work weekends; travel to remote installations may be required.
• Not required to diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications.

Responsabilidades

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record using the proprietary system.
