Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
• Experience with primary care, urgent care, or occupational health preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours and travel with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records.
• Document interview results for readiness classification.

Skills

Active NP license in Texas

CPR/BLS certification
