Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state is mandatory.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records.
• Document interview results in the service member’s medical record.
