Job summary

Limitless Male Medical Clinic in Omaha seeks a Provider (Nurse Practitioner) to deliver comprehensive clinical care and develop personalized treatment plans for men’s health optimization. You will conduct assessments, interpret labs, and deliver treatments aligned with patient goals while maintaining a high-touch, patient-centered experience.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in state of practice.
• Active DEA license (preferred).
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• EMR proficiency.
• Passion for men's health, wellness, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams.
• Order and interpret labs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver treatments aligned with patient goals and medical best practices.
• Educate patients on treatment options, protocols, and expected outcomes.
• Provide clear guidance on lifestyle, wellness, and long-term health optimization.
• Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care decisions.
• Deliver a high-touch, personalized care experience.
• Use clear, direct, and reassuring communication.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients.
• Partner with PRCs, PEMs, and clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Support a unified, team-based approach to patient experience.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment.
• Take ownership of patient outcomes and overall experience.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with both patients and team members.
