Qualifications

• Active NP license in state of practice.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• EMR proficiency.
• Active DEA license (preferred).
• Passion for men's health and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams; order and interpret labs to develop personalized treatment plans; deliver treatments aligned with patient goals and medical best practices.
• Patient Education & Partnership: Educate patients on treatment options, protocols, and expected outcomes; provide guidance on lifestyle, wellness, and long-term health optimization.
• Patient Experience & Communication: Deliver a high-touch, personalized care experience with clear and reassuring communication; build trust and long-term relationships.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery and a unified clinic environment.
