Qualifications
- Active NP license in state of practice.
- Active DEA license.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
- EMR proficiency.
- Passion for men's health, wellness, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Care & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams; Order and interpret labs; Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Patient Education & Partnership: Educate patients on treatment options, protocols, and outcomes; guide lifestyle and wellness for long-term health.
- Patient Experience & Communication: Deliver a high-touch, personalized care experience; communicate clearly and reassuringly; build trust.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery and a collaborative clinic environment.
